Saves Issue Hints

You should always save your games outside of screens, like in the example in picture 1 to avoid such issues.
This is due to Ren'py's screens system, which calls screens in "new contexts", and if you save within such a screen (see pics 2, 3 and 4 below for examples of where NOT to save a game), the game doesn't know where you were in relation to the game progress. Any SUBSEQUENT save from this "timeline" will also be compromised and you will never recover from it I'm afraid.
