Emily's Choice: 3rd Voting Round

All she wanted was a simple procedure; some breast augmentations and a tummy tuck, but now... there were so many options listed before her. Confused as the reason why as some of these options were so far from her stated needs. Then there was the whole scene of her relieving herself sexually in front of whoever was behind the glass, and then passing out. She wasn't even sure if this event occurred in the prior day, as it was impossible to tell how long she was out.
The speaker's hum started again as a new staff voice interjected, "Don't worry about the experimental listings; the system auto-generates from previous inpu.." The speaker cut out and a familiar voice continued, "Emily, the instructions are listed at the top of the form, please just follow that to your desires."
"My desires?," Emily queried herself on that line.
Emily bit her tongue as she stared at the clip board.
