She was shocked to come to from surgery staring down two massive breasts. The plastic surgeon playfully lifts one saying, "You came out great! It's great you took advantage of our free upgrade deal!" She really couldn't believe the size change. One shaky hand came up to cup her new breast. Really she didn't want any type of upgrade; she was only looking for a single cup size increase. She tried asking the doctor if she can change or go back down a few sizes, but she stumbled with her words. Realizing something else was amiss, she touched her lips to find they were also filled. "Oh yes, your lips came out juicy as well! Really I was amazed you signed for the part of the deal that included free lip injections!," the surgeon joyously remarked. "Oh no," she thought to herself. Hopefully she could explain to the surgeon her displeasure and get this fixed soon. She'd rather not have to explain to friends her immensely changed appearance.
