LKS Mitsubishi Eclipse Elite v2 (BETA)
Added 2023-07-30 07:31:34 +0000 UTC
The final car of the week is a very raw and still in beta stages Mitsubishi Eclipse Elite v2, a personal spin on the original Eclipse Elite from NFS: World, as some might be able to tell, the bodykit is different, the details on this car are questionable (like the very eBay looking headlights) and the rims are also not the same rims from the original, hence why i called it a v2, a more "our time and age" tuning to it rather than the old school tuning it had back in NFS.
Credits:
- 3D Model - The Crew 2
- Bride VIOS III seats - Losstunes (ACMP)
- Sparco steering wheel - MacedoSTI (ACMP)
- Rims - SGM Workshop (ACMP)
- Physics - Kunos base (Edited by EL Kay)
- Sound - Kunos (unless you were to say...swap a sound from a shuto ghost evo 8 which coincidentally fits rather well *wink wink*)
So far the progress on this car is halted until i improve my 3D modeling skills so i can actually make custom parts, but that shouldn't stop you from trying to do so on your own, maybe we can do something together at some point.
P.S.
This file includes a unusual script that is rarely seen in other mods, it should be in the ext folder, a very small (roughly 6 lines of lua script) that triggers an audio file to play when you press EXTRA A, its supposed to simulate the audio system that i swapped in place of the rear seats.
All of the script and the files it uses are non-encrypted/locked so you are encouraged to check out the entire folder if you are worried of any malicious files. (just wanted to put this out there to save the people who read this some time)
P.S. 2
This mod is still a very early beta as mentioned before so the physics, sounds, 3D model itself are likely gonna be a subject to change in the not-so-near future (also you are encouraged to change it up however you want, make it a drag monster, a drift bathtub or a leaf scraper-level stance car, I don't mind and would even love to see if anyone comes up with something interesting)
And on that note imma wrap up and wish yall a pleasant end of the weekend!
