Ren'Py 8.0.1 and Ren'Py 7.5.1 Released
Added 2022-07-08 23:51:44 +0000 UTCI'd like to announce the release of Ren'Py 8.0.1 and Ren'Py 7.5.1. These releases fix issues reported with Ren'Py 8.0.0 and Ren'Py 7.5.0, respectively, including an issue that was preventing people from updating from Ren'Py 7.4 and earlier if Steam support was installed. These releases also include a new Ukrainian translation of the launcher. For a more detailed list of what's changed, please read the changelog.

2022-07-13 22:46:15 +0000 UTCOne thing that might help is that a .apk is really a .zip file. So if you can change the extension to .zip, you can unpack it and see what's inside.

I started re-exporting my games for android to benefit from the new fixes, but with either version of Ren'py, it creates a ~600mb apk which is about 5 times to size of the last apks and is bigger than the actual size of the raw, Ren'py files... Is this usual, or am I fucking something up on my end? (Which is probably the case but I wanted to make sure, since I've never seen even the PC version of this game be so large.)
