I am more of a reserved I and even with my friends I rarely get a burst of energy and I am just always thinking carefully about what to speak in case I have to :") Also, yes, BSS and Seventeen being positive makes so much sense. Also, I'm not sure which interview it was, but I think the Salon Drip one, DK and Kwan mentioned that BSS initially briefly said to Woozi something like, do they always have to have energy-fighting type songs? how about a song about being worn out(지치다) or something, since even BSS have such moments.
