Introducing "Canon Characters!"

Those of you who follow me know that I love getting to make adoptable characters! It's fun to get to make a whole new OC, and see someone bring a little extra life to them over time.

I also tend to like making art that involves more than my own characters, with small crowds or additional OCs around the background as flavor, or active participants when my own characters wouldn't really fit.

A while back, an idea dawned on me: why not combine these two ideas, and make an adopt where the buyer gets all of the freedom of their purchase, while also occasionally getting art & media involving that character without an additional cost?

I call these adopts Canon Characters - here's how they work!

1) The buyer will purchase a character in either an auction or a flat purchase, and will be allowed to customize smaller aspects of the OC before the deal is closed.

2) I will communicate with the buyer regarding their artistic preferences (what kinks they are comfortable with their new OC to indulge in, what they don't want their OC to do) and log this info in a small database

3) The buyer now fully owns the character, and may use/modify them as they see fit!

4) In future media, should I have a need for an additional character in the background or an active subject, I'll look through my database & see which characters fit the mold the best, and select the closest match! 

The buyer is also more than welcome to opt out of this coownership, if they wish! I figured it would be a fun little incentive to add a little spice to new characters.

Most of these Canon Characters will likely have a tie to DVU, my vore-themed university setting, and will likely include information regarding vore position/preferences. Again, if one doesn't wish for their OC to interact with vore-themed art, then the buyer is more than welcome to make that wish known!

I will be updating my Terms of Service a little later today to reflect the new guidelines, and posting the first Canon Character later this afternoon to Patreon! All patrons will have a chance to claim this CC at a discounted rate a day before they go live on other platforms.

I'm also making this post public, so I can share this info with peeps on other platforms!
