Call a mod: moderator Zoom calls are now available

TTP calls have been a big part of what this channel offers. They get constantly sold out and the feedback has been incredibly good.  

I really enjoy the 1-2-1 communication.  It helps me to understand better what people really expect from the channel and it's crucial to support and encourage collaboration, new ideas, and a stronger feeling of community.

In the last months many of you have requested to be able to speak to a moderator to get help with some very specific issue. TTP calls are going to remain available the same way they are today. "Call a mod" is meant to complement TTP calls. For example, you can have a TTP call a month and during the month you may need help one day with something specific that you need to troubleshoot.

For example: connecting the exchange, issues with the API keys, help to understand how to use the functions on 3commas or the exchange, etc. 

Many of these technical day-today tasks can become quite challenging especially if you are new to the game and trying to find your way around. 

Discord is great and VIP users have access to the VIP support channel to get their questions answer with priority but there are some times where you would prefer to have an actual call so you can explain better the issue, do some screen sharing, troubleshooting, etc.

Moderator calls won't offer recommendations or answers to "should I panic sell? should I add funds?" but if you need help understanding how to actually do that and that's your decision a moderator can help explaining how the tool works.  

Zoom offers video but it's totally optional to enable it.

2. Connecting exchanges to 3Commas
3. Copying DCA or grid bots from the database
4. Custom TV alerts
5. VIP signals

Payment

The payment is using crypto and takes about 5 minutes. 

We only support the following coins and networks for payment. We are working on expanding the accepted coins but will be keeping it with only crypto for now.

Binance network (BSC - Binance Smart Chain)

Fees are paid by the person booking the call but they seem to be be very low most of the time (it depends on the time and coin used).

Tron network

• USDT is not yet available for "call a mod"  but our payment provider is working on adding support for this ASAP.
