Thread for some feedback as I go through them! (Last updated: 5/27)
Weight of the World:
- Bar 43, the first RH chord should be G4 C5.
Amusement Park:
- Bar 49, the second RH chord should definitely have a G5!
- Bar 95, the first RH chord should be a Bdim7.
(The original transcription was correct)
Beautiful Song:
- Bar 34, the LH chord is missing! There should be a B octave connected to the one at Bar 35.
- Bar 112, the first two RH chords should be made identical to Bar 36's.
Dependent Weakling:
- Bar 144, the first LH chord should be F4 C5 F5.
- Bar 185, the first RH note should be C instead of B.
- Bar 198, the third RH chord should contain a natural F, not F.20
- Bar 209, the third RH chord should contain a natural F, not F.
Copied City:
- Bar 36, the first RH chord should not contain the F.
- Bar 37, the RH should be identical to Bar 41's (except removing the F on the first chord).
- Bar 41, the first RH chord should not contain the F.
- Bar 58, the first LH note is missing a A under it (similar to Bar 55).
Bipolar Nightmare:
- Bar 78~86, I have a feeling that the original pianist divided LH/RH in a much easier way. Currently as this is written, this is quite tricky to play.
- Bar 96~97, the LH is made harder to play. Probably the original pianist just played 3 octaves of Ddim7. Refer to Frioniel's transcription (Bar 49).
- Bar 98~99, the LH instead of an octave from the RH, it should be a major 6th from RH. Refer to Frioniel's transcription (Bar 50).
- Bar 176, the RH should be a G4<->Eb5 G5 tremolo for the first and second beat.
- Bar 180, the RH should also be a G4<->Eb5 G5 tremolo for the first and second beat.
- Bar 204~205, the LH triplet should probably be an arpeggio instead. The original pianist played it much faster than a triplet I think!
- Bar 216, the RH chord should contain a G5.
- Bar 216~217, I tend to think Frioniel's transcription is both more accurate and easier to play (Bar 109). I did hear the 4 notes you transcribed in the original audio, but it might also just be unintentional accented notes (after all there's definitely some mistakes in the original audio, for example an accidentally hit Bb5 in Bar 174).
- Bar 219, the RH should be a single C4 note, while the LH chord should be C1, G1, C2.
Sound of the End:
- Bar 27, the LH has an extra A4 note.
Vague Hope:
- Bar 81, the RH chords should be G, A/E, and A/E (with E5 on top). Your original transcription was correct!
- Bar 94, the RH B4 E5 B5 chord should be an arpeggiato.
- Bar 164, the RH chord should be B6 F5 B7.
Can't wait to go through all the pieces but once again thank you for releasing this tremendous work!!!
