I really enjoyed your reaction to this one. Things have really started piecing themselves together now. A few points. The "mummy bird" scene with the sausage was done for real and Steve was insistent that they had to get it in one take (I don't blame him!). I don't know if you missed it but Mr. Jolly made a point of pointing out that the note that was sent contained an O, not an E. Just another allusion to the running joke of their identities getting confused. What I love about this series is, we really start getting a sense of the pair's ability to weave a narrative with twists and turns and red herrings and twists. Also their love of mixing up the genuinely dark with the humerous. Looking forward to next month.
