I did some preliminary sketches for this dude and just thought about the rendering in this one. I miss using the basic pencil brush on Procreate. It's so simple and it looks good too!
When I was doing some preliminary sketches, I already had his shapes and (sort of) outfit in mind: a stocky build with a poncho. I based some parts of the outfit on eskimos and some fantasy art. I feel it could be better but at the moment, this is what I got for this guy.
