Just like hands, feet are tricky as well. While I feel that they can get less expressive compared to hands, they don't get as much attention so they're less familiar to me.
Given that, I decided to look back into learning how to construct them. The basic shapes that make the foot are harder to grasp for me compared to hands, but I've managed to create a certain construction technique that seems to work for me. I divide the foot into 2 parts: the body, and the ankle. The rest of the parts (toes and ankles) I just add after.
For me, the rhythm and flow of the foot relies on arcs as well as the "big toe line". It's basically a line that spans the width of the knuckle of the big toe. This line serves as a landmark in drawing feet and it also determines the form and contour of the foot rather effectively.
Anyhow, hope my notes here make sense and I'll go more into drawing feet at different angles and positions.
