Added 2018-04-19 03:11:43 +0000 UTCWell, these were supposed to be anatomy studies but I ended up with gesture studies. I got my references this time from Bodies in Motion (link is below!) and since I didn't have a subscription, the images were somewhat low resolution so I couldn't study the anatomy up close. I ended up just figuring out the anatomical landmarks when looking at the reference photos.
Regardless, I'm continuing to study twisting and turning torsos and how the hip is positioned and connected to them. I feel I could work more on perspective and form.
But seriously, check out Bodies in Motion! It's great for getting inspiration for poses! They even have a frame-by-frame breakdown feature.
