Well those two are not humans, it's an A-pod which look closest to humans and the smallest and newest population which is why you don't see that many. The guy that Isa see's a lot that looks all nasty and decayed that's an older one that had organic skin instead of the nano skin these have. https://catscomics.com/comic/synthetic-instinct-issue02-page08/?sid=220 A-pods are closer to Machina(Machina would hate being compared) they are AI but have either nano skin or actual skin over top, they also have linked minds with their 'families'. Machina are 100% independent of each other. No visual humans yet in this world just people mentioning them.
