Added 2025-03-09 04:13:57 +0000 UTCWhew sorry for the lapse in pages lately. I caught Covid and Monster Hunter Wilds came out, so between the two my productivity has definitely suffered a bit. I'm feeling better now though (while still coughing my lungs out), so I'd really like to catch up on work.
In case anyone was wondering, MHWilds is a lot of fun! I've got some gripes that could potentially be fixed in later updates, but the gameplay itself is really satisfying. I've been maining Hunting Horn for the past few games and just recently picked up Sword & Shield as a secondary, and both are incredibly fun to play. My entire loadout and play style is geared toward buffs and support, so I wasn't expecting to do huge DPS or anything, but even in spite of that, I feel like I'm doing tons of damage and can carry my own weight just fine even while playing solo.
