First of all, for those of you who don't know, I'm located in the Minneapolis area. I'm sure you've heard about George Floyd, the protests, and the subsequent damage to the city. If you haven't, uh, I'm probably not the right source to be delivering that information. That said, the rioting sucks, but what's worse is black people getting killed by the police. Second, I just wanted to address that this chapter was written over a year ago, so I certainly didn't expect my city to be suffering from periodic attacks from arsonists during the climactic part of the chapter. The timing for this is pretty terrible, so I'd like to apologize for that.
