Britannica, the Witch Who Can Read Chaos

She specialises in fortune telling and predicting the future through the use of chaos magic. To do this, she needs to close her eyes. The longer she has them closed, the stronger her future seeing gets. Since she is highly devoted to her magic, she spends weeks at a time with her eyes shut. She’ll only open them every so often for the sake of living, or if there’s emergencies.
Her staff doubles as a white cane which she uses to get around while using her divining. She can also read brail and has several magical tomes translated entirely in to brail.
