The wonderful and talented, Chaotic Hypnosis collaborated with me on this file! He makes amazing hypnosis "sound experiments" that I just adore! I've fallen asleep to this tone and wanted to make a version for you all!

This binaural tone is designed to help you fall asleep. It should produce a progressively more relaxed and comfortable feeling/mental state. Because of how these are patterned, every length of tone will behave a little differently.
No content warning -- just my voice and the tone. Nothing nefarious, just words to encourage sleep.
