Question about past content - IMPORTANT (Please read!!)

A friend told me about how I should lock past content to avoid people joining once, downloading months worth of content and cancelling their membership ðð
What do you guys think? If you think it's fair, I may implement it next month (August), I just wanna hear what you guys think first, before having to come up with how I could make past content available. You know, a bigger tier with a one time reward so you can then downgrade, one time payments, or whatever else! âïļðĪ

That's a great point to take into consideration! Another friend told me how sometimes it's awkward to DM a creator to obtain past rewards, so that's also another thing that may drive potential members away. Thank you for your comment! ð

2024-07-13 00:44:07 +0000 UTCI do understand where they're coming from, but in my own personal experience, if I see a pic that I want to check out the alt for, but find out that the Patreon thing only shows the current months rewards, usually I just won't particularly join in general, just because it's unlikely that the stuff I wanted to see will have been for the current month. It might not be particularly fair overall, BUT on an objective level, I think you'll get more income overall if you keep it as-is.
