Patreon overhaul

Tiers will be moved, changed, and redone; this includes tier 1 being general support for my channel and content from now on. I will update you all on where your support is going. After the overhaul I encourage all of you to look over the tiers, and even cancel your membership if you do not like changes. You guys make the magic happen, and I cannot thank you enough.
