TS4: Functional Van Playhouse

I got a request on Patreon by Christa to create this cute van playhouse ^^
I had a lot of fun creating this object, since I had never made anything specifically for children at all.
There are other colors available, and it's functional.
You need "Dream Home Decorator" for it to work.
It looks good with both maxis and alpha objects :)
To find it on your buy mode, search for "channel4sims - van playhouse functional".
I hope your Sim's kids will enjoy it a lot!
