The latest updates of TS4 broke lots of things. Even items that were merely decorative were affected. So wait just a little until I can check and fix everything.

If there's anything breaking your game or lookig weird, please remove it from your Mods folder as of now until an updated version is available.

After the latest game updates, a few Simmers told me that the cutting board and other overrides were not working in the game.

I tested all kitchen overrides, and they were still working for me.

TS4: Base Game Bus Stop - OVERRIDE

The bus stop that comes with "Lovestruck" is quite nice.

So I decided to override the base game bus top with the one from the Lovestruck expansion.

I's a simple debug item detail, but I think it makes the city prettier :)

After today updates, I wasn't able to enable CC again. It doesn't matter how many times I closed and launched the game.

So I remembered that this had already happened to me before.

As you all may know, we'll get Base Game updates and also a new expansion pack this week.

And CC and mods usually break in situations like this.

So just a little reminder for us that use them. Remember to delete "localthumbcache" from your Sims 4 folder after the base game update, and after (if) you get the expansion pack as well.

Some mods indeed break and need to be updated by the CC creator. But...

BOTTLE OVERRIDE OPTIONS 🍾

The override for this bottle will be mostly olive oil and some korean and japanese variations. And also the "EA inspired" version (neutral).

If anyone wants to request a specific brand or type of cooking oil, feel free to tell me. I'll try to include it :)

It doesn't have to be olive oil, but any type of cooking oil you'd like.

TS4: Animated Sign Override - Welcome Back, Jin!

I guess all K-Pop fans probably know that Jin from BTS will be discharged from his military service on June 12th.

He'll be the first BTS member to be discharged.

So I made this sign override to celebrate it!

You need "City Living" expansion for it to work. You can see this sign around San Myshuno, especially at the Spice Market neighborhood :)

I'm working on two functional things. They are extremely difficult to make, since I changed even how some objects work fully hah

I want it to be a surprise, so I'll just give a little hint: Korea and K-Pop.

I know that a lot of people are waiting for the kitchen overrides, and I'm working on them.

But there are a lot of things I have to pay attention to.

For example, in the picture above. There's the salt shaker and a seasoning shaker.

Even though they're two separate objects, EA used the same mesh and same textures for both. So if I override one, I end up messing up the other. I have to change a lot of code (instance numbe...

TS4: Guitar Gibson Les Paul - Functional & Deco

A long time ago (sorry), I got the request to also create a cc Gibson Les Paul guitar.

I tried a few times, but didn't like the result. But now I was finally able to do it :)

So here it is! :)

TS4: Animated Aquarium Frutiger Aero

Some time ago I posted an animated aquarium, and a lot of simmers got a little nostalgic and said they had the real life version of it.

So I decided to create a new version, trying to use the "original" fish texture.

I also changed the mesh a little, and the way the texture scrolls to, to look a bit more like it :)

"Frutiger Aero" is a type of aesthetic, and people usually associate this item to this style. That's why I put this name :)

CC FIX: Mods and Overrides crashing the game

Since the lastest updates, the game has been crashing when you add CC to your Mods folder.

And most times the problem is not even the CC, but an issue with a file called "localthumbcache". 

I've posted about it the other day, but I'll be posting it again since I received messages about differents items crashing their games.

The culinary bottles will be realistic, but also EA inspired.

It's really weird, since they're only decorative. This game... Go figure 😅
