v0.28.0 Game Status
Added 2019-04-13 00:38:40 +0000 UTCHey all, it's update time again! This cycle we have a pretty art-heavy release, with one new background and two new sets of Director/Overseer scenes. We also have a codex entry explaining the mysterious Terrans, a race that we of course know very little about. On the back end of things, I've finished writing the content for Grunt's loyalty mission, and I'll be working on getting it set up in code and hopefully even in the game for the next cycle. Once this first mission is done as a template, future exploration missions should be quicker to complete (although the 'exploration' half of that name will be another matter).
Also in the next week as usual you can look forward to a new text scene, the theme of which I haven't decided on yet, but may be using this month's development poll to get suggestions on. And as usual, the art team is busy at work on more items for your enjoyment. Patch notes below, game links to follow:

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed issue requiring 'return' to be pressed twice when entering a cheat code
Known Issues:
- TTS dialogue cannot be interrupted once begun. May have issues if triggered on multiple screens at once. TTS support is 64-bit Windows only.
- WebGL Issues: Be warned that save game data in WebGL mode is less permanent than PC standalone. May also be more prone to memory and other issues.
- If trying to quit with the options screen up, the Quit window appears behind the Options window.
