Some Updates!

Hey, guys! Apologies about the silence. This week's song was a stressful one. I did it on my older 7 string guitar and the pick ups were a little muddy. Some technical difficulties came up with my laptop as well and I needed to get a new one and move everything over. Anyways, I thought I'd let you guys know what I'm up to!
This week's video will be a Metal genre How-To! "How-To: Make a Melodic Djent Song". That's the closest genre I can attribute the song to at the moment.
On top of that, I'm still working on my "video game controller song" where I make the beats and notes solely out of video game controllers. That one has been pushed back, mainly due to the laptop issues.
And as a final update, weekly originals are proving to be a little taxing. Sometimes that week will busy, sometimes I'll end up getting musician's block, and I end up being under a lot of stress and losing a lot of sleep as a result. This doesn't mean I'm going to be stopping originals and How-To's by the way. They're one of my favorite things to do..ever. But on some weeks, I might have different stuff to help pan it out and give me more breathing room. Even though I have some videos to put me ahead of schedule, the "final touches" and new inspiration always have me scrambling.
I have some other series ideas (as I've mentioned before). I also have some funny-ish music videos as well. I was thinking of bringing some covers back here and there, but more in my style than ever (so it still feels like an original). Another idea I had was to just release an original without a "How-To" portion. We'll see how things go! But for now, there are still plenty of How-To ideas and originals in the works. I hope you look forward to all of it!
