FADE IN:

EXT. City Docs: Roof top - Night

KATT wearing her hero outfit stands on top of a building watching the shipping yard. As a truck pulls into the doc, she uses a pair of binoculars to look at the truck for a moment. With a slight sigh she stops using the binoculars and continues watching the docs.  

Her eyes look to the side as she hears a humming sound, but quickly looks back to the docs.

A faint light starts to glow behind Katt, and comes closer to her.

A figure quietly floats down on the roof that Katt is on. The figure slowly makes their way behind Katt, and quickly grabs Katt sides.

Star Girl

Boo!

Katt unaffected only turns her head and see STAR GIRL, before looking back at the docs. For a second Katt sees Star Girl the way she use to look ten years ago, but the image fades into the adult version of Star Girl

Katt

When you fly I can hear the humming sound of your magic, never mind the light it gives off.

Star Girl stands next to Katt on the roof and looks down at the docs.

STAR GIRL

Well you're no fun.

Katt looks at Star Girl with a smile.

KaTT

Well at lest you're not wearing that red and blue leather wannabe cheerleader outfit anymore.

Star Girl rolls her eyes.

STAR GIRL

Can we not talk about my teenage fashion sense, please.

Katt gives a soft laugh as she looks at another vehicle with her binoculars.

STAR GIRL

So what bring you out here?

Katt moves the binoculars down from her eyes, and continues to scan the docs.

KATT

Out going weapon shipment. How about you?

STAR GIRL

Stolen artifact from the Calgary museum. It's believed it has magical properties so it came across my desk.

Star Girl starts to watch the docs and points to one of the shipping bays.

STAR GIRL

From what I know, things are being shipped out from there. But there isn't any ships in the harbor.

Katt looks at the shipping bay while handing Star Girl the binoculars.

Katt

Doc four.

Star Girl takes the binoculars and looks at the doc. With the binoculars she can easily see a ship is there, with people moving on the deck. She hands the binoculars back to Katt

STAR GIRL

Joking Tone Show off.

Katt for the most part keeps an eye out but smiles at Star Girl.

KATT

It's called experience kiddo, you should learn to appreciate it.

Star Girl frowns as she looks at Katt.

STAR GIRL

Sure thing old lady.

The two share a friendly laugh.

Star Girl sits on the ledge of the building, and watches for oncoming vehicles.  

STAR GIRL

It's good to see you again. I know things didn't go well at C.H.A.R.G.E. when you quit, but you should come by. You're still a legend to everyone there, and you're name is brought up with the new recruits all the time.

Katt only gives a slight hum in reply.

STAR GIRL

I mean you more or less wrote the book on being a hero, and trained almost everyone that teaches and runs the place now. Never mind--

Katt with the binoculars on her eyes watches a semitruck driving to the doc where the hidden ship is.

KaTT

Shhh.

Star Girl stands up, and looks towards the truck. Light covers her eyes as she watches is get closer to the ship. She sees that the truck is secretly marked. 

Katt continues to watch the truck threw her binoculars. The ship that was hiding drops its cloak. Katt zooms in with the binoculars as the truck stops and the ship and the back is opened up.

Katt watches as the first crate is unloaded.

KATT

Bingo.

Katt turns to Star Girl.

KATT

Don't know if your artifact is on the truck or ship, but I'll keep an eye out.

STAR GIRL

What you think I'm letting you have all the fun?

Katt smiles as she slowly starts to levitate off the roof.

KATT

Playful Tone If you want to play sidekick, just wait for the signal.

Star Girl gives a cold stair to Katt.

STAR GIRL

What's the signal?

Katt turns around as she slowly moves towards the truck and ship. She gives a shrug, as she tosses her binoculars to Star Girl.

KATT

Gun fire.

Katt moves away as Star Girl watches the Docs.

STAR GIRL

Stay safe.

CitY DOCS: truck - conTINUOUS

Katt makes her way threw the buildings and lands between two buildings. She watches for a moment and takes note on where everyone is, before disappearing into the shadows.

As people unload the semitruck, armed men stationed on the ship and around the truck watch out for anything. But they are slowly taken out, and disarmed.

Katt moves and stands in front of the gangway, as she fakes a cough to get the people moving the shipping crates attention.

The men look to wards Katt in shock.

Grunt-1

It's a suit!

As soon as the Grunt yells out, some of the others run while others pull out guns and start firing at Katt.

CITY DOCS: Roof Top - CONTINUOUS

Star Girls watches everything with the binoculars from the roof. She smiles.

STAR GIRL

Still a one girl hit squad.

As soon as she hears gun fire Star Girl decides to join the fight and takes to the sky, hovering above the shipping yard. She aims her hands at some of the armed men, unleashing energy beams that disarm them and knock them off their feet.

CITY DOCKS: SHIPPING YARD - CONTINUOUS

Katt continues to engage in close combat, expertly dodging bullets and using her immense strength to disarm and subdue the armed men. Her blows are precise and efficient, ensuring none of the men are seriously hurt.

Star Girl lands on the ground, her energy shield providing cover against stray bullets and physical attacks.

Grunt-2 tries to hit Star Girl in the head from behind with a crowbar. The crowbar makes contact with Star Girl's shield but doesn't phase her.

GRUNT-2

Frustrated She's invulnerable!

Star Girl turns to Grunt-2 with a cold stare, before using a energy blast on him, knocking him away.

One of the armed men attempts to flee, but Katt effortlessly grabs him and lifts him into the air.

KATT

Leaving so soon?

Katt tosses him into wooden crates, that break away as he lands on them.

Star Girl, using her powers, creates a shimmering energy barrier around most of the remaining armed men to immobilize them temporarily. She shrinks the barrier and then quickly moves it around in a circle, causing the men to bump and fall into each other and knocking them out.

STAR GIRL

Teasingly Now, you boys sit tight.

Katt stands tall as the situation is under control. She and Star Girl exchange nods of approval.

STAR GIRL

(Looking around)

Not bad for a old timer.

KATT

(Smiles)

Not too shabby yourself, Star Kid.

Together, they secure the area, ensuring the weapon smugglers are disarmed and incapable of causing further trouble.

The two hear men stumble as they try to get onto the ship. Katt quickly goes after them.

KATT

Be a good little sidekick, and babysit this group for me.

Star Girl maintains her energy barrier around the men, as she can't help but smile as she watches Katt go after the two men.

Katt catches up to the first smuggler, grabbing him by his collar. She quickly picks him up and throws him towards Star Girl

Star Girl using her free hand catches the smuggler with her energy powers, and places him in the barrier with the rest.

Katt turns back to the ship and sees the smuggler on the ship with a rocket launcher. 

The smuggler evilly smiles as he fires the rocket at Katt.

Katt braces for the impact.

KATT

Shi--

Before Katt can finish she's hit with the rocket and is knocked backed. Her costume is damaged, and she's injured. But as she slowly gets up, her injuries start to heal quickly.

Star Girl winches at the scene. She turns to the smugglers in her barrier.

STAR GIRL

I hope your friend likes shakes and smoothies. Because he's about to have a bad night.

Katt finishes getting up and cracks her neck, Her body is finished healing. She has a mean expression on her face as she starts walking back to the ship.

The smuggler looks in dismay, as he sees Katt coming towards him. He throws the rocket launcher to the floor and places his hands behind his head.

Before Katt makes it to the gangway, a orb smashes down onto the ship and causes it to explode. The smuggler that was on the ship's deck goes flying into the water.

KATT

Fuck!

Katt quickly runs and jumps into the water.

Star Girl almost forgets that she has most of the smugglers inside a barrier, as she naturally reacts and wants to join Katt. She stops herself from running to Katt, and instead places her hand on her one ear activating her comms.

STAR GIRL

This is Star Girl, I need immediate help down at the docks. I have a group of smugglers with weapons. There ship was just hit with something and is sinking.

There was one person on the ship when it blew. Katt Trygon is retrieving them now.

Star Girl watches the scene as she hears the voice over the comms.

Comms officer (O.S.)

Gun fire was already reported, and backup is on its way. ETA is 2mins, with local PD and medics also on route.

What's your 101 Star Girl?

STAR GIRL

I'm fine. I'm holding most of the smugglers in a field.

Star Girl gives a sigh of relief as she sees Katt slowly floating up, caring the unconcise man.

STAR GIRL

Katt is fine, and she has the man that was on the ship when it blew. Cargo of the ship and if there was anyone else onboard in unknown.

COMMS OFFICER (O.S.)

Understood. Updating inbound heroes and PD.

Katt floats close to Star Girl and places the unconscious smuggler on the ground. Before she can say anything the two hear someone talking close by.

MARTA (TechSiren) comes out from where she was. A orb with a camera fallows her, as she talks to it.

Marta

What's up everyone, it's your girl TechSiren! I'm here at the docks with one of the teachers from C.H.A.R.G.E. Star Girl, taking out some baddies.

The orb flies around and gets shots of the smugglers and of Star Girl.

MARTA

Never mind helping this other hero, who got hit with a rocket!

As Marta continues to talk to the orb, Katt looks at Star Girl.

KATT

(To Star Girl)

One of yours?

STAR GIRL

She's from C.H.A.R.G.E., But isn't in one of the junior groups I--

KATT

Good.

Katt quickly grabs Marta from the collar of her power-suit and throws her backwards into a building. 

Marta's back hits the building, but her power-suit takes most of the impact. Marta is in a slight daze state, but she stay standing.

MARTA

What the--

Katt quickly moves and grabs Marta by the collar to their power-suite and pins Marta against the wall.

KATT

Angry What the hell do you think you're doing!

Marta looks at Katt angrily.

MARTA

You mean stopping the guy that shot at you, and taking the ship out?

Katt pulls Marta off the wall, and pushes her back onto it hard.

KATT

He dropped the launcher and was surrendering. Never mind we don't know what was on the ship, never mind if there's people on it.

MARTA

They're the bad guys, so who cares?

Katt slaps Marta.

KATT

Real heroes care! We don't purposely hurt people, or blow up a ship that might have more evidence or people on it!

Marta sees that he orb is still capturing footage, and tries to break away. When she realizes she can't breaks Katt's grip, she punches Katt in the face.

Katt just stars at Marta.

KATT

I took a rocket blast. You think you punching me is going to do anything?

You know what, screw this. I'll deal with you later.

Katt uses both her hands and grabs the collar to Marta's power-suit and almost with little effort tears the chest part in half. The rest of the power-suit falls off and powers down. Katt tosses Marta towards Star Girl.

KATT

(To Star Girl)

Make sure she sticks around.

Star Girl places Marta in her own barrier and watches Katt run back to the docks.

Marta gets up and looks at the barrier and then to Star Girl.

MARTA

What the hell, Star Girl?

Star Girl looks at Marta and then nudges her head towards Katt.

As other heroes run up, Katt start giving commands that the heroes fallow without fault. Star Girl can't help but watch and speak with pride.

StaR GIRL

You remember who were the original heroes that taught me and the first few classes at C.H.A.R.G.E.?

MARTA

Yea, that was Mr.Grady and Katt Trygon.

Marta looks at Katt as she and other heroes dive into the water.

MArTA

Shocked You mean that's... I'm so grounded.

Star Girl looks at Marta.

Police and other emergency lights start to flash and get closer to the two quickly.

StaR GIRL

You have no idea.

Police start to surround the smugglers with their weapons drawn.

Star Girl lowers the barrier around the smugglers and let the Police do their job. A female officer walks up to where Marta is.

STAR GIRL

(To the officer)

Keep this student in a car. Katt Trygon and I need to have a talk with her after.

The officer nods. And as soon as the barrier around Marta drops she places handcuffs on her, and leads her away.

Star Girl quickly goes to join the other heroes.

CUT TO:

LATER

Katt and a few heroes stand in front of shipping crates and boxes. All of them have wet hair and towels around their necks as they finish talking to the Police. Before the Heroes leave, they all shake Katt's hand with a smile.

Katt slowly walks to Star Girl who smiles at her.

STAR GIRL

With that amount of hand shaking, you think you were running for Mayor.

Katt pats her hair with the towel again.

KATT

File that under things that will never happen.

Katt looks around.

KATT

So where's the wannabe?

Star Girl motions and starts to walk towards the Police cars, to which Katt fallows.

As the two make their way to the Police car with Marta inside, the two see a man they recognize Dr.BEN WARREN. Katt is surprised seeing another old friend. She can't help but smile and give him a friendly hug. 

KATT

Well you're someone I didn't expect to see. How are you doing Ben?

The two break from the hug and smile.

KATT

I didn't think what they were smuggling would get you called out of the office.

Ben's smile slowly fades, as he looks to the ground.

Ben

I wish that was the case Katt. It's just...

(Sighs)

Star Girl nervously smiles.

STAR GIRL

You know how you want to ring out the rookie?

KATT

Among other things.

Katt quickly looks at the two, then to Marta in the Police car and back at the two.

KATT

You mean that's little Marta?!

Ben looks at the Police car, and back to Katt.

BEN

Yea. Tere..., I mean Star Girl already told me what she did.

Katt rubs her eyes and takes a long breath.

KATT

Well other then blowing up the ship and wrecking some evidence, we were able to get the bridge crew out of the water. So she got lucky.

Ben tries to look at Katt, but is ashamed at what his daughter did.

Ben

Sorry Katt. I knew she made her own armour, but I thought she was only using it when she was out with one of the instructors. I didn't think she was butting-in outside of C.H.A.R.G.E..

Katt looks towards Marta and then back to Ben.

KATT

Tell you what, kill her social life before she kills someone and make it so she can't make new armour for a good while. We can chalk tonight up to that a rookie got trigger happy.

Ben smiles.

BEN

Thanks Katt, I appreciate it.

Ben waves to Katt and Star Girl.

Ben

Have a good night you two.

Ben walks off towards the Police car with Marta in it. Marta is let out, but she looks away from her farther as he sternly talks to her.

Katt stretches as she lets out a yawn.

Star Girl takes a deep breath.

STAR GIRL

Well since I was the good sidekick tonight, does that mean I get ice cream and a 'ask token'.

Katt lets out a small laugh.

KATT

I can't believe you still remember about those.

STAR GIRL

You kidding. I collected most of them after you left C.H.A.R.G.E.. I figured I'd cash them in, if you ever came back.

Katt smiles as she shakes her head slightly. She looks at Star Girl with a grin.

KATT

Tell you what, do me a favour and you got yourself a deal.

FADE OUT.

C.H.A.R.G.E. hq: Outside - DAY

Katt in a her costume walks up to the main doors to C.H.A.R.G.E.. Different students and people look at her as she walks into the building.

C.H.A.R.G.E. HQ: Inside - CONTINUOUS

As Katt walks-in she sees the main statues of her, along with Sentinel, a younger Star Girl and other young heroes who were the first ones in C.H.A.R.G.E.. Katt can't help but smile a little.

KATT

They really need to replace this thing.

Terra (O.C.)

Katt?

Katt looks around and sees someone she slightly recognizes, dressed in suit.

KaTT

Terra?

TERRA smiles and stands in front of Katt.

Terra

I knew you were guest speaking today, but I still can't believe it. I mean... More so after what happen.

Terra looks away ashamed.

TERRA

I mean, I what did.

Katt raises a hand and gets Terra to stop talking.

KaTT

You apologized more times then I care to count. There was also more to me and Nathan breaking up, then you.

Terra smiles slightly.

TERRA

Yea, I know. But I should have known my powers was causing him to... Well you know.

KATT

Terra, don't worry about it. It was almost 10 years ago.

TERRA

Thanks Katt. But I have to dart away. I have a class that starts in a bit.

The two wave to each other as Terra leaves.

Katt walks up to the front desk to where a SECURITY GUARD is reading the news paper.

KATT

So what room am I talking in?

The Security Guard looks up and is shocked.

SEcurity guard

Ms. Trygon!

The security guard quickly stands up and pushes his news paper to the side and spilling his coffee.

SECURITY GUARD

Shit. Sorry. I mean, I'll find that out for you.

Katt sees the guest sign-in sheet and writes her name.

Nathan (O.C.)

It's alright Chris. I'll show her to the classroom.

The security guard looks up.

SECURITY GUARD

Mr.Grady! I didn't see you sir.

Katt moans quietly before turning around and smiling at NATHAN.

KATT

Sentinel. It's been awhile.

Nathan gives Katt a warm smile.

NATHAN

It's good to see you Katt.

The two walk in silence as others stair at the two. Katt lets out a sigh.

KATT

It feels like I'm being walked to the Principle's office.

Nathan lets out a laugh.

NATHAN

Well it's been a good while since the two heroes that help found C.H.A.R.G.E. were seen together. It's bound to turn a few heads.

Hell after it got out that you were going to speak today, we had every news outlet wanting to send someone to sit in.

KATT

Please tell me--

NATHAN

That this was special talk meant for the students. Hell we already had enough interest internally, I had to get cameras setup so we could stream your talk to two other auditoriums.

The two stop outside the Teacher's lounge.

NATHAN

You're in 1B at 10am. I know it's not much of a greenroom, but help yourself to anything. I'll come get you closer to when your talk starts.

KATT

I think I know my way around Nathan.

Nathan gives a smile and a nod, as he starts to walk off he stops and turns back to Katt.

NATHAN

By the way, the two Generals that we use to report too.

KATT

What about them?

NATHAN

Well one retired, and the other was reassigned four years ago. So if you wanted to come back and teach, and--

KATT

I'm sorry, you want me to kick you in the shines how hard?

The two laugh.

Nathan turns around and starts to walk away, and gives a wave.

NATHAN

I'll see you at ten. Later kitten.

Katt glares at Nathan as he walks away.

KATT

Call me that again, and you'll be missing teeth.

Nathan continues to wave as he walks away.

Katt looks at the door sign for the Teacher's Lounge. She's full of nostalgia, and sadness/regret. She looks around and see students going about their day before classes start.

Katt slowly walks away from the teacher's lounge and threw the school.

As Katt walks threw the school, she remembers old memories of her time at the school. Helping, talking to students, sharing laughs and hugs.

Katt comes across a display with the signage that reads "FALLEN BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN". The display is filled with past heroes and students from C.H.A.R.G.E. that fell during a fight, or a recuse mission. Katt stops in front of a few placing her hand of the photos as she goes. She closes her eyes and takes a deep breath, stopping herself from tearing up.

StAR GIRL (O.C.)

Trust me after 12 years here, it never gets easy walking past here.

Katt opens her eyes and continues to look at the photos and plaques.

KATT

It's not suppose to Teresa. And if there is ever a day that it does, then something inside you broke.

Star Girl walks up to Katt and places a hand on her shoulder. The photo and plaque is for a hero named "Paragon". He's older hero, but still has a smile on his face.  

STAR GIRL

The OG Principal, who had more of a stick up his ass then Nathan when it came to training and going on missions. But he had a heart of gold. 

Katt only gives a soft hum in reply before she starts to walk off, with Star Girl falling.

The two walk to the back of the main building and head out side.

C.H.A.R.G.E. HQ: Grounds - conTINUOUS

As the two step outside they see a commotion of students surrounding two other students. A male student and a female student (IRONHIDE) are fighting.

Katt takes a deep sigh.

KATT

Somethings just never change.

As the two quickly make their way too the two fighting, Katt see's Ironhide take two solid hits from the male student, but the hits don't even phase her.

IRONHIDE

Pathetic.

Irondhide hits the male student hard and sends him falling backwards. One of the students watching the fight uses his air powers to catch him, and set him back on his feet.

As Katt and Star Girl get close, Star Girl yells at them.

STAR GIRL

That's enough!

The once cheering students quickly become silent. Ironhide looks at Star Girl with a plan look, as she puts her first down.

The boy that Ironhide was fighting, quickly tries to hit her in the face but Ironhide catches the boy's first in her hand. She closes her hand on the boys first until it crack, causing the boy to cry out in pain.

Star Girl furiously looks at Ironhide.

STAR GIRL

Yells Ironhide!

Ironhide plainly looks at Star Girl

IRONHIDE

What? He tried to sucker punch me, and he started it.

The male student, holding his injured hand, pleads his case.

BOY-1

Bullshit, she was the one--

STAR GIRL

I don't care, I'm ending it! The security footage will show who threw the first punch. At which they'll be dealing with Mr.Grady.

(To Boy-1)

Med room now.

The rest of you get to your first class, now.

The group that was cheering on the fight quickly leaves, with Boy-1 slowly walking away.

Katt watches Ironhide as she starts to walk to the school building.

KATT

Ironhide was it?

Ironhide stops and looks at Katt.

IRONHIDE

Yea?

KATT

Since it seems you have some energy to burn, how about a sparring match.

Ironhide scoffs dismissively.

IRONHIDE

Yea, elderly abuse isn't something I need to be known for, thanks.

Ironhide turns to leave.

KATT

Tell you what. If you can land one good hit on me, I'll make sure you don't get into trouble for today's little event.

Ironhide turns back to Katt and crosses her arms.

IRONHIDE

What's the catch?

KATT

None. No powers, just a sparing match until one of us quits. And like I said, if you land one good punch or kick I'll make sure you didn't get into any trouble.

Ironhide takes a fighting stance and closes her hands into fists.

Katt quickly takes her stance and the two face off.

Star Girl rolls her eyes.

STAR GIRL

Katt really?

Katt doesn't reply as she quickly dashes towards Ironhide. She throws a rapid series of punches and kicks at Ironhide.

Ironhide blocks and dodges effortlessly, displaying incredible agility. Her movements are sharp, precise, and calculated.

Katt attempts a spinning kick, but Ironhide swiftly blocks Katt's leg mid-air and counters with a sweep kick. But Katt is able to jump and doge it.

KATT

Not bad.

Katt lands on the ground and takes a hop back. Ironhide lunges at Katt showcasing her impressive hand-to-hand fighting skills. Her strikes are fast and precise, but Katt blocks and evades them with ease.

Minutes pass and Katt's movements start to become more fluid, adapting to Ironhide's attacks impeccable defense. Her strikes find their mark, landing with force, but Ironhide maintains her ground.

Ironhide slowly becomes frustrated, not being able to hit Katt. Never mind Katt's punches are landing on her more and more. She tries to land a axe kick on Katt, but Katt catches her leg, and throws Ironhide to the ground.

KATT

Quite trying to hit me, and hit me already!

Ironhide's eyes narrow as her anger boils over. She dashes forward, closing the gap between them. She jumps up still going towards Katt and throws a powerful punch aimed to Katt's face.

Katt seeing an opening, quickly moves in close to Ironhide and catches her, giving her a hug.

Ironhide puzzled tries to break free of Katt's hold.

IrONHIDE

What the hell?! Let go.

Katt hugs Ironhide a little harder, as she softly speaks to her.

KATT

It's okay. You can hug back, without breaking me.

Ironhide eye's widen, as she realizes what's going on and starts to feel Katt's hug. Her body shakes, her mind is confused, but Ironhide gives in and hugs Katt back.

IRONHIDE

Whispers I hate you.

Katt smiles softly, to herself.

KATT

It's okay. Take as long as you need.

Ironhide's body still shakes and she quietly starts to cry.

CUT TO:

LATER

Star Girl sitting at one of the tables nearby, watches Katt and Ironhide as they sit on the ground talking to each other, and share a laugh. One could almost mistake them for friends.

Katt gets up and stretches.

KATT

Well I should let you go. You already missed your first class, and second period should be staring soon.

Ironhide gets up and looks at Katt.

IRONHIDE

Well apparently there's this old timer that's going to give a long winded speech, so it was canceled. I was thinking on just ditching it and taking a nap.

(Stretches)

But thinking I might at lest give the first ten minutes a try.

As Ironhide starts to walk off she stops, and stays looking away from Katt.

IRONHIDE

Thanks for today.

Katt smiles

KaTT

No worries. If you ever need someone to talk to or just a really good hug, let Star Girl know. She knows how to get a hold of me. It might take me a day, but I'll stop by.

Ironhide smiles lovingly. She only waves as she walks back into the main building.

Star Girl uses her magic to float quickly next to Katt and stands next to her.

STAR GIRL

So a shell that me and a few others have been trying to crack for almost two years, took you less then an hour. 

Katt continues to watch Ironhide as she walks into the building.

KATT

Well she isn't suffering from Congenital insensitivity to pain, but it's close enough.

STAR GIRL

Well yea, her skin is almost impenetrable and it's on file that she has issues felling things. 

KATT

(Turns to Star Girl)

Which is why she probably starts fights with people. This way when she gets hit, she feels something.

STAR GIRL

Yea, but we can't really go around hitting students.

KATT

Oh, I only did that so I could gauge how strong she was.

Star Girl becomes a little puzzled.

STAR GIRL

Why?

Katt only smiles, as Star Girl sighs out of defeat.

STAR GIRL

You hugged her.

KaTT

No I made her upset, then I hugged her so she could feel it and let her hug me back. Super strength and durability helps.

Katt pats Star Girl's shoulder before heading back into the main building.

CUT TO:

Katt ends her lecture, with the room erupting in applause. As some leave, others stay for a bit to quickly talk with Katt or to get a quickly selfie.

The last two in the room to talk to Katt is Ben and Marta. Ben smiles as her greats Katt, while Marta looks upset like she was yelled at.

BEN

Hi Katt. I have to say that was a great prestation.

Katt gives a smile to the two.

KATT

Thanks Ben.

(Looks at Marta)

Marta, I have to say I didn't recognize you last week.

Ben places a hand on Marta's shoulder. Marta looks at Katt with a small smile.

MaRTA

I'm sorry for the trouble I caused Ms.Trygon. Rest assured I'll be more careful in the future.

Katt hearing the hidden tone in Marta's voice smiles back.

KATT

Hey Ben, why don't you give the two of us a moment.

Ben smiles and starts to leave.

As soon as he leaves, Katt turns to Marta.

KATT

Lets be honest, that apology was as hallow as a hot-air balloon.

Marta's smile quickly fades, and her attitude changes.

MARTA

Yea, well it was either say I was sorry, or stay grounded. Hell I haven't even been able to start making a new suit.

Katt takes a long breath and places a hand on Marta's shoulder, but she just shrugs it off.

KAtT

Marta, I get it that you're trying to get attention from others to replace what you want from your Dad.

MARTA

What the hell do you know!?

KATT

That since you were small, Ben is always busy making new tech and armour for everyone. That even though he did his best to make sure that he didn't miss a important day like your birthday or Christmas, he wasn't around for the just the normal days.

That you're trying to fill that gap by getting others to pay attention to you. But what do you think those fallowers would have done, if someone on that ship died?

Marta looks away with a sneer on her face.

KATT

Never mind the backlash C.H.A.R.G.E. and other heroes would have gotten?

Don't get me wrong. You made your own power armour, and that's impressive as hell. But a true hero doesn't do this for the clout. We do it because it's right. We do it for the plight of the people who would die.

Marta continues to look away from Katt.

MARTA

Done?

KATT

Just remember there's a thin line between being a hero and being a villain.

Marta turns and walks out.
