He can control up to 14 devils and still have plenty of nen left over for himself. Plus, his devils can talk and move freely on their own without him. The last time we saw a similar ability was during the bodyguard tryouts with Kurapika, where one of the bodyguards had nen puppets—but he had to stay close to them, and his puppets moved around more like NPCs. Where you put razor in terms of strength based off the characters we’ve seen in the entire show?
