This part is one of the biggest changes from the campaign, as the plate originally was actually gotten from a Fire Giant in the Plane of Fire! Dis actually came from a much later side adventure in the campaign, that I do not expect to see in this story so putting Dis here made PERFECT sense. Though it did mean missing out on one of my favourite smaller NPCs that freaked out the players and made them question whether the NPC was truthful or deceiving them, even up to the end of the campaign where they did a like q&a with each other and Matt and they still refused to believe Matt's answer XD We ALSO got see a special character and some world lore through Zerxus as his character came from a Player in a 4-episode series that they did during the early days of their 3rd campaign! (The portaits you see when he takes about his past are the players characters from it!) Which was such a fun surprise for us who had seen the campaign before! ANYWAYS enough rambling im so sorry lol onto the question; What do you think Zerxus's plan could be? What about Pike is so special to him?
