Especially based on how much you love Vox Machina and DnD, going back to the root of modern fantasy can be perfect. And while we’d ask for the extended editions so you might hesitant to set aside 4 hours per movie, they’re genuinely peak. Like, they won 17 Oscars lol. Favorite series of all time. Also, not for nothin’ but there’s a LOT of horses in the series for Montana especially to enjoy 😄 (Also also, not necessary at all but it could be fun to watch with a map pulled up! We did it that way for a friend’s first viewing and it was fun to follow along the journey when we’d pause for breaks. There are some interactive ones too that you can update chronologically so no spoilers.)

Honestly, thinking about it, it makes sense that people that might be fans of Sense8 would be fans of Furuba and vice versa, since they are both series that are very character focused and explore bonds between characters a lot. Anyway, Sense8 was an amazing series and the movie still did an excellent job wrapping up the plot threads that it could.

It's live action and VERY explicit so censorship might be a pain to work around but it's beautifully done and the characters are all very compelling. It was created by the Wachowskis(yeah those Wachowskis) and the show was so loved that when it was canceled prematurely the fans actually managed to petition Netflix to finish it with a movie instead of leaving us on the biggest cliffhanger ever. While it wasn't what we could have gotten, it was still amazing. Literally a mind bending show. The queer rep is really next level and the plot is insane. Anyway I voted fruits basket 👌🏻 hope yall have a great day!

2025-05-25 16:45:10 +0000 UTCI hope that one day you guys react to Neon Genesis Evangelion (and, after that, the Rebuild of Evangelion movies)! I'd especially love to hear Montana's thoughts on each episode of the show and the characters' psychology. Given the subject matter, though, I'd understand if you guys don't want to do it. It deals with some VERY heavy topics, some of which Montana may relate to very well. So I think she will either enjoy it a lot or not at all.

2025-05-25 03:27:13 +0000 UTCmob psycho 100!! i can’t even stress enough how much i think you guys would adore this show. reign arataka will end up being one of y’all’s favorites characters istg. the animation is jaw dropping and the story is beautiful and lighthearted (much needed with what y’all are going through with vinland saga). as a person who read the manga before the show came out, the anime surpassed my expectations. i truly cannot dote on that show enough.
