Later, while Frieren is tending to Fern, we see Stark helping the farmer lady with milking her cows, something you obviously need gentle hands for.

2025-03-07 20:16:23 +0000 UTCHimmel is my top 3 favorite characters of all time and I have watched hundreds of anime by now. If you technically think about it Himmel died half through episode 1. Episode 1!.... But he still wins the character popularity polls by an insane amount. He still has the biggest impact of all of the characters in the series. He is still the single most important character in the series even when compared to Frieren because he still continues to teach Frieren and show her things that she never realized she needed to know. All from flashbacks through Frieren. His character even inspired a guy in another country to stop a criminal with a knife and the guy who saved those people from the criminal wielding a knife said "That is what Himmel would do". Himmel became a whole inspiration for a bunch of real life kids to the point that parents were apparently using Himmel as a form of teaching their kids a lot of things about morality. He is just a great character all around.
