If you want to hear PEAK Seitz, find a montage of Garrosh cutscenes, I implore you. Some of the best sound files is literally him just screaming in rage. It is fantastic

He created the most infamous opening in all of anime with Tokyo Ghoul opening 1 "Unravel". So it just depends on the person but one thing you can say is that he made the most popular anime opening so far.

The mana is used to regenerate a shadow whenever it is destroyed... So, he can regenerate them endlessly as long as he has mana to do so.
