Remember that Isha is deaf. She doesn’t pay attention to whats happening behind her because her hearing loss and therefore doesn’t know Jinx wanted to die in ep 3, and she’s lip-reading ppl whenever she is focused on a convo and trying to make out what they say. When she tries to communicate, she makes noises without realizing it (it’s how Jinx knows she wants her hair dyed). Because of that, when she points the gun at Vi in ep 3, she’s looking at Jinx for a command on if she should shoot, but Jinx was too stunned, so Isha turns to make the decision herself before Caitlyn shot the gun out of her hand. Because she doesn’t know what people are saying unless she chooses to lip read, she doesn’t see Powder or Jinx, she sees the heroic girl who saved her life when they first met and who Zaun rallies behind (and she wants to pay her back). She lip-reads that “Jinx is dead” and decides to do what Jinx would do if she showed up, and she gave Zaun hope in those “camps” and tried fighting the baddest dude at the rally. Jinx’s head started to go crazy because it’s exactly what she didn’t want: Isha is getting too close and already starting to pay the price.

My take on Singed is he went to the meeting to see what's in it for him. He's not a revolutionary but he worked with Silco because silco was funding his research. And presumably if the enforcers knew he existed and created shimmer and everything he woll be just as wanted as jinx is and they're against the types of experiments he does anyways. As for what his plan for Vander was, i assume just like he has a program search function bbuild inside he might have a way to shut him down or control him in a very percarious way. Enough to get him locked back uo at least. Probably also just wanted thought he will be able to take advantage of the chaos caused in one way or another

Be careful of spoilers in the Patreon comments too guys, I think for the most part folks are well behaved here but you never know, and sometimes people can spoil without intending it. I’m glad that Jinx was able to find someone like Isha, we already knew how Jinx was very emotionally stunted by her trauma and that’s why she often acts quite childish… but Isha enjoys her company because she herself is a child. She doesn’t have any negative bias towards her, she has only seen the good, which is honestly really what Jinx needed the most (Silco didn’t see her as a burden either, but he had his sights set on things other than helping Jinx most of the time and her mental wellbeing took a backseat to that). Dear Friend Across the River playing in the background as the “jinxers” pass by Jinx in the prison really hits you right in the feels as well (that song has shown up many times now, first time in the very first scene of the show in fact). She’s finally experiencing what it’s like to be appreciated and valued, without having the voices in her mind overwhelm her with the anxiety that they’ll leave her behind eventually. Thank you for your insights as always, looking forward to more!
