The thing about Deku and his new look, it's comparable to when Spider-Man wore the Black Suit. Sure, Deku looks cool and he's kicking plenty of ass but it clearly isn't good for him. The difference is this is about Midoriya overworking himself because he's too obsessed with stopping All for One to give himself a chance to recover his strength.

Our first impression is that she's a bit of a clout-chaser, posing for the press and starting drama with Midnight on TV. But she also face-checked the League of Villains during the Bakugo rescue, among other impressive acts of heroism since then. She's really a pragmatist, and was playing the popularity aspect of hero society in order to do the work that matters. Now there's no public to pander to, and she's still here.

Every other time, he usually wears his tie pulled down (as if he'd been stopped in the middle of pulling it off). THAT'S how important this meeting with Principal Nezu was to him!
