2024-08-25 22:15:01 +0000 UTCNot necessarily. At this point in time shigaraki would still be unstoppable if eraser wasn't cancelling out all of his quirks he has at his disposal. Deku can keep up with shigaraki more than anyone else but at the same time the fact that eraser is stopping shigaraki from using everything is why endeavor and bakugo can sort of keep pressing shigaraki with attacks. I think deku had to be there because there was no choice in the matter.

The rest are worthless in stopping gigantomachia.

He does have a great throwing arm thanks to his Quirk, and given what ends up going down next episode, maybe Mineta SHOULD have been the one to try and take him down . . .
