Hear a lot of people say BW+ goodmornings turn more squatty with time. Does that still hold true when you can increasingly allow your knees to travel behind your feet? Think Mike Isreatel syle. For reference Im 190lbs and I'm doing Reverse SSB Goodmornings with a 45 on each side (70lb bar) keeping a soft knee bend and my back gets to just above parellel. I could see myself not yet being strong enough to feel the effects you and others talk about, so hears to reaching 225lbs to see what y'all talking about 🥂
