What’s up fellas? I took the liberty of making a resource for you guys to use, in order to audit how well-rounded you are.
You input your lifts at the top, and this calculator will tell you what you should be hitting for a given rep range on a variety of exercises.
The idea is to show you what you’re good at, what you’re exceptionally good at, and most importantly, where your areas of opportunity are.
I included a lbs and kg version, enjoy

What’s up fellas? This is my personal program. I made a watered down version for intermediate level lifters, and then recommendations for newer lifters to start incorporating full body.
I added the personal variations I cycle between as well. This is for someone that wants a customizable template that also has defined options for them to cycle through.
