JJK 1x18

Enjoy! Next episode next Friday!

If you go for it on a moral standpoint yes. But from a logical standpoint, Hanami has a point. Without humans, earth would probably start healing much quicker than most things we are doing right now. Morality aside, that is just a fact.

Saiyasha

I think Hanami really is the one you can understand the most. They aren't even necesseraly wrong, even though we would not want them to succeed. But honestly, the Planet as a whole probably _would_ be better of without humans.

I'm a bit late but I'll add some info on the clans anyway. The three big clans of the Jujutsu world are the Zenin clan, the Kamo clan and the Gojo clan. They became the strongest clans because of their strong as hell inherited cursed technique they can be born with : Ten Shadows technique for the Zenin clan, Blood Manipulation for the Kamo clan and Limitless for the Gojo clan. At present Satoru is the only member left of the Gojo clan. Noritoshi Kamo is the son of the head of the Kamo clan but he is an illegitimate child since his mother was just the clan leader's concubine. Witch is why his mother wasn't welcome there. He still got accepted by the Kamo clan because, unlike his legitimate half-siblings, he was born with the inherited technique of the Kamo clan and thus appointed as the next heir of the clan after his father. Megumi, Maki and Mai are from the Zenin clan. Maki and Mai are the nieces of the clan head that we saw briefly in the flashback in ep 17. Megumi is Maki and Mai's cousin but he was born outside of the clan and so goes by Fushiguro which was his mother's last name. That should be enough for now, hope this helped a bit.

Yea after watching this episode I realized I was seeing the other sorcerers as the enemy rather than potential teammates cuz at the end of the day they are all sorcerers just trying to exorcise curses.

Bryan

If you were to look at Jogo and this curse who would you would be stronger based of what gojos reaction was.

Personally, I think the most moral reason for wanting action today on climate change is to secure a climate on Earth as similar or better than today's as possible for future generations of humanity. For this reason, I think it is totally missing the point to say that there is any moral good to wiping out humanity in order to heal the Earth.

The next episode is arguably the best episode of season 1. So excited!

Thiivi

Steroids activate hormone to over produce, so that was basically using steroids

HOLY SHIT I NEVER REALIZED INUMAKI COULD AFFECT HIS ALLIES SHIKIGAMI BRO REALLY RETURNED LOL

Goldy

True, I do think most are canon and some definitely have more substance than others. I just meant for strolls like this don’t feel like you’re missing some important context if it seems like it makes no sense.

Addy

Most of them are definitely canon. [Future episode spoilers] Nobara brings up Splendid Sushi in the season 1 finale. Plus, the intros for episodes 9 and 20 of season 2 fit the vibe of the Juju Strolls.

Juan Solo

In case you didn't catch it, Megumi and Noritoshi initially ran because Toge commanded them to with his technique. Hanami would've killed them in the time it was taking both to process what was happening.

Juan Solo

Thanks for answering my question! Note on the Juju Strolls, some of them are additional scenes set in the canon like the Kyoto girls having their late night snacks. Others are silly AUs like this one which is the cursed spirits in a high school romance show. I wouldn’t worry too much about their meaning within the story. They’re mostly just for fun. It’s a little bit of filler and character interactions that JJK notably doesn’t give you in the main eps.

Addy

It doesn't really matter that much, but when you're saying a plural in english, you don't need an apostrophe before the s.

the third clan is the Gojo clan!

The Climate change curse 🤣 Thanks for answering my question, ill follow up with my own thoughts... To me it seems like the training was possibly done similar to how the gringots bank trained the dragon it kept in their vault in Harry Potter (pretty sure there were seals on the curse, along with the flute used as a sound que for the curse)
