Hey coach, First of all congrats on your engagement. I wish you and the gains goblin the best Secondly, I have a powerlifting comp in November I'm training for and I'm slightly behind where I need to be for bench (my most recent heavy single was 335 and I want to bench 355 on the platform). Do you have any advice for maximizing how much weight I can put on the bar come meet day? Lastly, do you have any recommendations for a mobility routine (especially shoulders). I want to keep my shoulders healthy and happy for the next two months Thanks for all you do coach
