Hey I've been using some knees over toes stuff for strengthening the supporting muscles in my knees to help reduce the ache I get around them from hiking for work. I fucking love his stuff and it works damn well but he recommends doing his movements pretty infrequently but I use them as a warm up for squat and deads and I want to stick some of these movements in your berserk training method. I specifically like the atg lunge and the tibialis work he does but they seem weird to me and I don't fully understand how to use them. Any tips?
