I am running the Patreon version of the Retribution program. I noted you said in one of your lectures that for a long armed bencher the high incline can be utilised as a primary bench movement instead of the 30 degree variation. Given my bench and press are fairly weak (100 kg and 55 kg 1rm), my arms are long and the 60 degree variation feels "better" would running 60 degree incline as the primary bench be appropriate? Any suggestions around this? This maybe overly specific. I would then run the 30 degree bench in place of the high incline on the secondary day.

you delete the red portion and input your top weight into the cell and it calculates the backdowns. Do this every time there is a red portion

How do I use the spreadsheet for your 18 week program? It seems like a dumb question but I’m genuinely confused on how to utilize it. I understand the exercises I need to do but I’m confused as to how much weight I should start off with
