Personally I like the direction of where it was heading as the Deviancies seem to be fun stories with interesting consequences. I wouldn't mind seeing this develop out but I understand where you're coming from. Making a pack around an Alpha seems like a great direction for it with all the fallout that comes with it. I'll patiently wait for more when you get back around to it.

2021-02-01 22:22:01 +0000 UTCYou've hit quite close to the mark on several accounts. First, the end of Collared doesn't fully resolve because I pulled back a little on the direction it was heading. It seemed like I was doing too much with the cuckhold, ince*t, animal tf, multi-dick, and mind control all piled together. Moreover, I didn't give the cast enough time to develop/cope with all that change. Second, I originally planned for the collar to return to the shop at the end of the story, brought back by one of the other Deviancies. I held off on this part because I wasn't sure how long it was going to take and didn't want to bog down the back half of the story with exposition that wouldn't see any payoff. With those two points in mind, I can forsee Collared getting a "version two". I even held off on putting it elsewhere than here for that reason. Third, yes, the Deviancies will have crossover. Evelyn will be visited by one of older Deviancies in a story soon, and cross paths with Thaddeus in the future.
