i'm doing the berserk method, and don't have a bench so i do a lot of floor pressing. would a reverse grip floor press be a decent substitute for the 90-93% incline single?

As a long armed bencher, cutting out tricep work has been great on my elbows. Is there anything like this with lower body leverages? I'm fairly disadvantaged on both deadlift and bench, but they don't seem to beat me up or be a problem. Squats really take a toll on me, in both my hips and my knees. I'm working on addressing it, but they've just always seemed to take a disproportionately large toll on my whole lower body.
