This program takes you through a full hypertrophy, strength building, and strength peaking phase, and has a 2 week desensitization period before you re run the program again.

Hey bro I have sent you an insta DM regarding the customization aspect

Keep track of them, but always follow the RIR prescription. It’s helpful to know what weights you’re doing at a prescribed RPE, so I would just put the weight next to the RIR prescription

Also, on exercises like the chest rows, where you only have rir mentioned rather than values, does it matter to track the weights I use, so over time I want to overload them, or are they more of backoff work, and load not mattering as much? Thanks
