Going into the end of this first arc it really feels like there is a certain loss of innocence happening. Yujis ideals have been tested time and time again. By the principle, by his own death, Sukana, and now Mahito. Do you think that Yujis ideal can hold true in the world of sorcerers?

2024-02-27 00:49:22 +0000 UTCWe get a brief flashback of Nanami's time as a salary man and his interactions with the clerk at the bakery. After watching this interaction what are your feelings about Nanami and his reasons for returning the world of Jujutsu?

2024-02-27 00:39:16 +0000 UTCWe learn more about Sukuna's nature in this episode and see that he is even willing to kill someone who is actively on his side if he feels disrespected for even slightly displeased. Do you think this is a character flaw that could come back to bite him? And do you think he and Yuji could ever exist in harmony (i.e. Sukuna lending Yuji power and/or Yuji trusting his body to Sukuna)

2024-02-26 17:36:10 +0000 UTCWhat is your take on the brief conversation between Yuji and Nanami at the end of the episode regarding Yuji’s motivation to help give people a proper death? Do you agree with Nanami’s point that due to “proper death” being such a broad term the scale of such a dream may make it unachievable? How do you believe this conversation as well as the events of this arc will alter Yuji’s perception of said motivation?

2024-02-26 17:09:38 +0000 UTCWe get a glimpse into Nanami’s past and see he never understood “a reason for living” and describes his life as “aimless”. He left behind Jujutsu Sorcery because he disapproved of the constant need to risk ones life, and then left his pursuit of a normal life because he found it disappointing and trivial. With these opinions of his in mind, why do you think he decided to return to the Jujutsu World and seek out Gojo specifically despite not respecting him? Though he had briefly mentioned previously he simply chose the “least worst” option between the two lifestyles, do you think there is a deeper reasoning to his choice based on what we’ve seen?
