Considering that we've seen people be called villains and being arrested for things like robbing stores, and that now we see a situation with implications similar to Endeavor-Todoroki (wanting to use a child's power for your own gain) and he is very clearly a villain, if people were ever to find out about Edeavors constant abuse and Eugenics should he be considered a villain and put in jail?

But while Shoto still had enough freedom to know that it's his father who is in the wrong, not himself, poor Eri is isolated from the world, and regularly called a 'cursed child' by Overhall. If he had managed to get his Provisional License along with the majority of his classmates, how do you think Shoto would have treated the situation with Eri? Do you think he'd have been able to handle the situation about as well as he's handled prior villain encounters, reacted similarly to how Deku & Lemillion felt, or, do you feel like the similarities to his own abusive environment (or the fact it could be considered even worse) would have caused Shoto to lose his cool and act even more rashly than Deku & Lamillion?
