I always take the Stain scene as his conviction is like bloodlust in Naruto, or Conqueror Haki in One Piece, or Spirit pressure in Bleach. His conviction and ideals are so strong that it made him seem unstoppable. How can you beat someone who is that serious about something. It's truly amazing.

2023-10-17 15:10:23 +0000 UTCI feel like it can’t be overstated on what it means for Endeavor to be #2, like the only reason he’s not #1 is because there’s someone like All Might, but I don’t think he would have pushed himself as far if All Might wasn’t standing in his way. I can’t say more about it but I started out a real Endeavor hater like everyone else.

On one hand yes he’s not the greatest person around but on the other no one can deny that he’s currently one of the greatest heroes. Second only to All might of all people, that’s no easy task.

Its hard to accurately describe what it's like to be in the presence of someone in a bloodlust state of mind. Just something about how they move and speak sets all your hairs on end and triggers every survival instinct you have at once. I don't want to say it's one of those things that you know if you know and you don't if you don't. But from an artistic perspective I think this was well done. Heroes in this show aren't killers or even solders so I doubt many have ever experienced someone in this state of mind.

2023-10-07 17:40:48 +0000 UTCRewatching this season with you two has made me realize just how much Horikoshi made us dislike the hell of out Endeavour from the beginning. Rightfully so, but man, the show does a really good job with accountability for his actions. They’re never diminished in any way

His quirk momentarily awakening a allowing him to paralyze everyone around him. Though I also don't think it is likely intended to be a quirk awakening by the author. Both because of how early in the story it is, and it just seems to far from the usual restrictions of his quirk
