2023-09-23 16:58:08 +0000 UTCI think you are right in the fact that nobody would care if mama Midoriya used her quirk to do that, but I think the "correct" thing to do is to call the police or a hero agency. Similar to if you locked your keys in your car. You COULD use a wire hanger to open it. But you SHOULD call the police to do it. Powers would be super dangerous even if benign. So the governments of the earth kinda went scorched earth policy. Quirk therapy as kids is supposed to teach them how to not rely on their quirk. Some people even become heros so that they can use their quirk freely. Some people want liberation on the meta gene front of politics. If you know what I'm sayin.

Example if you dropped your keys down a sewer grate chances are pretty good no one would make a fuss if you used your powers to get them back if you didn't cause damage or cause a huge scene with them.

Tenya is riding the bullet train despite being able to run faster than it because it is illegal to use your quirk without a license outside of your own property.
