2023-09-08 21:15:10 +0000 UTCI think the coolest aspect of the birthmark scene is Tanjiro's apathy towards it all. Tanjiro in that moment doesn't believe he's special, but that doesn't matter to him. A demon has cause horrific carnage in front of him and his morality demands that he do something about it.

2023-09-08 18:40:58 +0000 UTCalso, a lot of demons don't remember their pasts but some do. i don't remember what it is exactly that dictates which demons retain their memories, or if it's random. but a theory some fans have is that the reason why demons who have forgotten their past human lives start to remember upon death is because as they're dying and disintegrating, muzan's cells start leaving their body
