Like right before he said that Luz, Willow, and Gus were “bad influences and must be executed…expelled” he was just straight up not paying attention to the conversation happening around him and instead studying Belos’s palisman, looking fascinated when the tail moved. And then on top of all that Darius is voiced by the guy who voiced Hordak!

2023-05-08 23:43:48 +0000 UTCI'm sad there was no question about the very good boundary setting with Alador going for a "heyyy, now we're ok" hug and Amity just pivoting to a handshake, like "we are tentatively better but not ok yet". Love to see it and setting boundaries and not instantly forgiving years of hurt is a very valid choice that more people should be encouraged to do.

As i understand it Dana (the writer) planned to explain why alador wasnt around for his kids, the reason being that he made a deal with his wife where he would work overtime in exchange for the kids not having to work at blight industries.
