The Fever Meter
Added 2018-01-31 18:25:17 +0000 UTCI've spent a frustrating amount of time trying to find a functional meter system, and after much trial and error (mostly error) I think I have a solution. The "Fever Meter" (Copyright Monty Mcblack productions) is a visual, on screen score of the games two primary metrics.
Wifey's Angst in pink, and Jungle Fever in black. Both are listed in the top left hand corner next to the space symbol . Later I may make it pretty, but for now it's functional, giving the player instant feedback on their decisions.
It will now be possible to reach a fail state (game over) by raising angst too high. The various stages of your wifes journey into bliss will be reached when certain fever milestones are reached.
I thought about having a status screen but it seemed like a pain to click on. I'm still working out the kinks. The testing is taking longer than I thought but the update is content complete. Cuck Simulator Version 1.2 is on its way!
