Honestly, I'd love what happened in Dark Souls 1 and 2. More red NPC phantoms, possibly enemies moved around, a general increase. For me anyways, DS I never really got into NG+ because there was no real point or incintive other then "bragging rights" which I didnt care about. Whereas, Ds1 and 2 gave a reason, as the changes were interesting, and thus worth exploring
